• 2 Sessions (Approximately 90 mins. each)

• Consists of Intake, Interview, Self-Reports, Wrap-up, Resources and Recommendations.

• Report included and may be appropriate if seeking medication support or formal documentation for accommodations.

*There is no guarantee of an ADHD and/or Autism Diagnosis with either evaluation. An evaluation of this kind can determine whether the diagnostic criteria are met, describe how your abilities and difficulties distribute, and identify whether something else — anxiety, depression, a sleep problem — better explains the pattern or is present alongside it. Clinical guidelines are explicit that the above diagnoses rests on a full clinical and psychosocial assessment including developmental and mental health history, not on any single test.

There is also no guarantee that any accommodations will be granted based on this report. Schools and businesses have the sole power of deciding in these situations. This report will address the presence of ADHD and/or Autism and along with supports I believe will be helpful.
