Cost:

$120 Per 45 Min Session for Children/Adolescents ages 6-17

$140 Per 50 Min Session for Adult Individuals

$160 Per 60 Min Session for Couples

Forms of Payment Accepted

Accepted methods of payment: cash, credit/debit card, HSA Credit card. An up to date credit card is required to stay on file at all times for active clients.

Horizon View Counseling makes paying for sessions effortless and easy. Included in the intake documents, a payment method form will be sent to you. Your method of payment is securely filed and automatically charged on the date of each session and an invoice is emailed to you. 

I’m Insurance Friendly!

Horizon View Counseling does not accept insurance. By not participating in insurance panels, we are able to maintain the highest level of client privacy.

  • We do not believe that insurance should guide your mental health care.

  • We do not disclose information about client care with insurance companies or third-party payers, which would otherwise be required by those companies and requires you to give a mental health diagnosis and access to mental health records.

If you would like to use your insurance for therapy services, we will provide you with the appropriate paperwork for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please be aware that this is something you would need to talk to over with your insurance company to understand their coverage, benefits for therapy and reimbursement rates.
